Rose milk cake can be a special dessert. Today is Valentine ’s Day. So some special dessert is must. This is eggless cake and we are baking it in a pan. This cake doesn’t need oven for baking. We are not using any food color to give the nice pink color to this cake. This is natural color. This is a very easy and simple recipe. This cake looks nice and tastes fantastic. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
For Cake Base
• 1 cup Curd
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1 cup Rose syrup
• 1 cup Oil
• 2 cups Maida
For Rose Milk
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup fresh Cream
• 3~4 tsp Rose syrup
For Rose Milk Cake
• Whipped Cream
• Sliced Pistachios
• Fresh Rose petals

Method:
• For making the cake base, take curd in a bowl and add baking powder.
• Mix well until it becomes frothy.
• Add rose syrup, oil and mix everything well together quickly.
• Sieve maida into the wet mixture and mix everything well.
• Line up a baking tray with butter paper and pour the batter into it.
• Spread the batter well and tap the tray really good.
• Take a cooker or pan and place an empty tray or pot at the base.
• You can sprinkle baking soda at the base if you want.
• Place the cake tray on the empty tray and close the lid.
• Bake the cake on low to medium heat for about 40-45 minutes.
• You can bake the cake on oven at 180 Deg C for 40 minutes.
• Remove the lid and check with tooth pick.
• Take the tray out and cover it with a cotton napkin for about 30-45 minutes to cool down
completely.
For Rose Milk
• Take cold milk and add fresh cream, rose syrup and beat it well.
• You can use whipping cream in place of fresh cream.
• Transfer it into freeze to cool down.
For Rose Milk Cake
• Prick the cake with tooth pick and pour the rose milk on it.
• Transfer the cake into freeze to set.
• Spread whipped cream on the cake and garnish with pistachios, fresh rose petals.
• You can use dry rose prtals in place of fresh ones.
• Transfer the cake into freeze to set for about an hour.
• Take the cake out with the help of butter paper and cut it into pieces.
• Rose milk cake is all ready.
