“𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝. 𝐁𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝.”… sound familiar?? I thought so, too! How serendipitous is it that a new real estate brokerage in our market, could mirror my own motto? I wasn’t necessarily looking for change, but change found me. Being open to new experiences is how we grow, both personally and professionally. So how could I say no to an opportunity that so strongly resonates with my own core values?

Let me tell you…it’s been an absolutely incredible 3 years since going full time into real estate, building my team, and having the privilege to serve the best clients each and every single day! I’m so grateful for Chris, Jeff, Sam, and the entire Signature family, and look forward to continuing our friendship for many years to come!

I’ve learned and grown so much the past 3 years, but knew that there was something more that the real estate industry needed, to help and support it’s agents. But in order to grow in any capacity, what we believe to be “traditional” must evolve with the help of “innovation.” REAL has evolved the traditional brokerage model, by way of technology and greater financial opportunity, to help its agents truly succeed in such a competitive industry.
