Ingredients:
for the cake top:
eggs – 3 pieces
flour – 125 g (4.4 oz)
sugar – 125 g (4.4 oz)
baking powder – 4 g (0.14 oz)
cocoa – 50 g (1.76 oz)
melted butter – 20 g (0.7 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/15 minutes

for the souffle:
egg whites – 5 pieces
powdered sugar – 300 g (10.6 oz)
gelatine – 10 g (0.35 oz)
water – 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
cocoa – 30 g (1 oz)
Hydrated the gelatine for 5 min
Each layer in the fridge for 30 min

for the glaze:
dark chocolate – 200 g (7 oz)
white chocolate – 200 g (7 oz)
IN THE OVEN 30 minutes
Tray diameter 20 cm (8 in)
