New Item White Lily Vanilla Pound Cake Mix, It Tastes Homemade!

White Lily Pound Cake – Cook Like Mama Did – Collard Valley Cooks
White Lily has New Products and the First One I am trying is their Vanilla Pound Cake Mix! All you need is one egg, 10 TBSP butter and 3/4 cup water to make their new cake! I went by the recipe and the White Lily Pound Cake baked up tall and pretty with a sweet vanilla taste and a crunchy top! And YES, IT TASTED LIKE HOMEMADE POUNDCAKE!
My Peach Topping Recipe:
1 LB. FROZEN PEACHES
1/2 STICK SALTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE
DASH OF SALT
3/4 CUP SUGAR (USE MORE IF DESIRED)
Place frozen peaches, butter and sugar and the dash of salt in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat until juice has turned into a thick sauce and is sticky. Be careful not to burn them. Serve warm on top of pound cake.
This recipe can be used as filling for peach cobbler too! Enjoy!
